Join over 400 of your peers from across the state for our 2024 Spring Conference to connect
with respected leaders while building and strengthening important relationships
that bring real value to our lives and work.

The conference will feature panels and presentations focusing on energy infrastructure,
attraction strategies and AI. The agenda will also include a Legislative Panel with several legislators.

LOGISTICAL DETAILS

The general schedule is listed below for planning purposes. Attire for the full conference is business/resort casual.

The Tuesday afternoon optional activities require separate registration and have additional fees. See 'Additional Items' at the bottom of the registration page to register for these segments.

Table top exhibits are available, and you can reserve a table by selecting the Exhibitor option under 'Additional Items'.

LODGING DETAILS

The deadline to access the discounted group rates for NCEDA’s hotel blocks has passed. You can contact the Pinehurst Resort at 855.274.2964 to be added to the wait list or you can check to see if the Homewood Suites has any availability.  Note that the conference begins on Tuesday afternoon with the optional networking activities and ends on Wednesday following lunch. The night of Tuesday, March 5 is the only night you will need, but you could also book the night of Monday, March 4 if you would like to arrive early.

GENERAL REGISTRATION OPTIONS

Member Registration: $550 ($450 early bird rate valid through February 23)

Emerging Executives Member Registration: $400 ($300 early bird rate valid through February 23)

Retiree Member Registration: $250

Student Member Registration: $25

Non-Member Registration: $875 ($775 early bird rate valid through February 23)

Spouse / Personal Guest Registration: $100 (includes Tuesday evening reception only)

Tuesday, March 5 Activities:

The Tuesday afternoon optional activities provide attendees an additional networking opportunity in a small group setting. Detailed logistics will be provided to activity registrants prior to the conference.

Golf: $120 (Pinehurst #5, 18 holes - eight tee times available starting at 10:44 am, includes boxed lunch)

Sporting Clays: $75 (11:30 am - 4 pm, includes lunch)

Golf Lessons: $125 (Golf Academy at Pinehurst #8, 2 - 4 pm)

Croquet Tournament: $60 (2 - 4 pm, includes snacks and two drink tickets!)

Pickleball Clinic and Tournament: $60 (2 - 4 pm, includes snacks and two drink tickets!)

Golf: $70 (The Cradle, 9 holes - four tee times starting at 2:30 pm)

Pinehurst Historic Walking Tour: $30 (3 - 4 pm)

Golf House Pinehurst Tour: Complimentary (3:30 - 4:30 pm)

EARLY BIRD PRICING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Registrations submitted by Friday, February 23 are eligible for the early bird registration rate, a $100 savings. NCEDA member and non-member rates increase $100 if submitted after February 23.

Refunds can be made (minus a $25 processing fee), if cancellations are received by Friday, February 23 at 5 pm. For cancellations, please call 888.246.2332 or email liz@nceda.org. No refunds will be granted after February 23.
