Join your NCEDA family for our 2024 Fall Conference, where we will come together to support each other and the Western NC community in the wake of Hurricane Helene. While the location has changed, and the agenda is being updated, our focus remains the same: to learn, grow, and support each other as we stand in solidarity with the families and communities impacted by this devastating storm.

The updated conference schedule is posted below for planning purposes. Attire for the full conference is casual.

All functions will be held at the Grandover Resort. Table top exhibits are no longer being offered, but they will be available again for the Spring Conference!

LODGING DETAILS

The hotel block at Grandover is already full! Please email Torsha (torsha@nceda.org) to be added to the waitlist, as we will most likely have some rooms open up next week. The Sheraton Greensboro Four Seasons has availability (located about 10 minutes from Grandover), but we do not have a block there. Visit their website to make a reservation!

Emerging Executives Member Registration: $275

Retiree Member Registration: $275

Student Member Registration: $25

Non-Member Registration: $750

Spouse / Personal Guest Registration: $100 (includes Monday evening dinner only)

OPTIONAL REGISTRATION SELECTIONS / ACTIVITIES

There will no longer be an opportunity for table-top exhibits for this conference, and all optional activities have been canceled. Conference registrants are invited to arrive Monday afternoon to enjoy time together around the resort, and we will incorporate a hands-on service project into the opening reception to organize the items that are donated.

EARLY BIRD PRICING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to the extenuating circumstances and our location change, the discounted early bird rates ($425 for members and $275 for emerging execs) will not have a deadline and will be honored until the conference. We will also no longer have a cancelation deadline and will and offer full refunds if requested.
