Registrations submitted by Tuesday, October 10 are eligible for the early bird registration rate, a $100 savings. NCEDA member and non-member rates increase $100 if submitted after Tuesday, October 10.

NCEDA CANCELLATION POLICY
Refunds can be made (minus a $25 processing fee), if cancellations are received by Friday, October 6 at 5 pm. For cancellations please call 888.246.2332 or email liz@nceda.org. No refunds will be granted after October 6.

Event Details

Join economic development professionals from across the state to discover how we can all work more closely together and collaborate to make North Carolina a stronger state for business growth. Our 2017 conference theme is Community Partners...Working for North Carolina and will feature the following speakers / topics and more:

  • remarks from our new EDPNC Chairman Frank Emory;
  • a panel discussion that will focus on how communities of every size across our state can engage with EDPNC;
  • and a presentation by Nick Adams, the Vice President of Innovation & Global Business Development for Linamar, focused on investing (and re-investing) in North Carolina.

A block of rooms has been reserved for the nights of Monday, October 16 and Tuesday, October 17 at the Renaissance Asheville Hotel. Our group rate is $159/night + tax, and the deadline is September 20. You are responsible for making your own hotel reservation. Click HERE to reserve a room. An overflow block of rooms has been reserved for the night of Tuesday, October 17 at the Four Points by Sheraton located across the street from the Renaissance (22 Woodfin Street). Our group rate is $179/night + tax, and the deadline is October 3. Click HERE to reserve a room.


The dress code for conference business sessions and evening activities is business casual.
