Spouse / Guest Registration: $125 (includes Tuesday and Wednesday evening receptions)

Child Registration (ages 5 and under): Complimentary
Children are welcome at the evening functions. We encourage you to bring your entire family! If you have a child aged 21 or over attending, they should be registered using the Spouse/Guest option.

Sunrise Yoga on the Beach: Complimentary (6 - 7 am; bring your own mat)
Cornhole Tournament: $25 (2 - 4 pm; proceeds benefit Susan G. Komen - this will be played on the beach)
Stand-Up Paddle Board Lessons: $70 (2 - 4 pm in Wrightsville)
Kayaking Tour: $70 (2 - 4 pm in Wrightsville)
NC Ports Tour: Complimentary (2 - 4 pm in Wilmington)
Thursday, June 16 Activities:

EARLY BIRD PRICING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Registrations submitted by Friday, June 3 are eligible for the early bird registration rate, a $100 savings. NCEDA member and non-member rates increase $100 if submitted after Friday, June 3.
Refunds can be made (minus a $25 processing fee), if cancellations are received by Friday, June 3 at 5 pm. For cancellations please call 888.246.2332 or email liz@nceda.org. No refunds will be granted after June 3.

All conference functions will be held at the Holiday Inn Resort with the exception of some of the optional activities. All optional activities have a separate registration fee and are detailed under 'Additional Items". Table top exhibits are available, and you can reserve a table by selecting the Exhibitor option under 'Additional Items'.

Our base hotel is the Holiday Inn Resort - however, our block there is currently full and the hotel is sold out for the nights of our conference. Email Liz (liz@nceda.org) if you would like to be added to the Holiday Inn wait list.

SAFETY PROTOCOLS
ALL REGISTRANTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO SIGN A LIABILTY WAIVER PRIOR TO CONFERENCE ATTENDANCE. This waiver will outline the risks associated with attending a larger gathering and will outline the safety protocols listed above. The form will be emailed out to registrants and will need to be returned to NCEDA prior to the conference.
