GENERAL REGISTRATION OPTIONS

Member Registration: $450 ($350 early bird rate valid through October 14)

Non-Member Registration: $770 ($670 early bird rate valid through October 14)

Emerging Executive Member Registration: $350 ($250 early bird rate valid through October 14)

Emerging Executive Non-Member Registration: $550 ($450 early bird rate valid through October 14)

Spouse Registration: $75 (Tuesday evening reception)

EXTRAS

Professional Development Workshop: $50 (Tuesday from Noon - 2:30 pm, includes lunch)

Historic Downtown Asheville Walking Tour: $30 (Tuesday afternoon from 3 - 5 pm)

Keynote Luncheon: $50 (Wednesday afternoon from 12:30 - 2 pm)

Registrations submitted by Monday, October 14 are eligible for the early bird registration rate, a $100 savings. NCEDA member and non-member rates increase $100 if submitted October 15 or later.

NCEDA CANCELLATION POLICY
Refunds can be made (minus a $25 processing fee), if cancellations are received by Friday, October 11 at 5 pm. For cancellations please call 888.246.2332 or email
liz@nceda.org. No refunds will be granted after October 11.

  • EDPNC’s Building and Sites Database: A Briefing and Tutorial
  • How Engineering Students are the State’s Latest Existing Industry Resource
  • “Lessons Learned” Panel: Fellow practitioners sharing light-hearted but valuable insight from memorable wins and losses

CONFERENCE INFORMATION

The professional development workshop, downtown Asheville tour and keynote luncheon each require a separate registration and have additional fees. See Additional Items at the bottom of the registration page to register for these segments.

Tuesday, October 29

  • Noon - 2:30 pm: Professional Development Workshop - "Strategies to Leverage Tourism Marketing for Economic Development" featuring Dariel Currin with DCI (separate registration fee is $50, includes lunch)
  • 3 - 5 pm: Optional Historic Tour of Downtown Asheville (separate registration fee)
  • 5:30 – 6:30 pm: Emerging Executives / New Member Reception
  • 6:30 – 8:30 pm:  Welcoming Reception (heavy hors d'oeurves)
  • 8:30 - 10:30 pm: Trolley Pub Crawl

Wednesday, October 30

  • 7 – 8:30 am: Breakfast
  • 8:30 am – 12:30 pm: General Session
  • 12:30 - 2 pm: Luncheon with Keynote Address featuring Mike Randle - Owner/Publisher, Southern Business & Development (separate registration fee is $50, luncheon attendance caps at 140)
  • 2 pm: Conference Adjourns

LODGING DETAILS

NCEDA has two room blocks for conference attendees the night of Tuesday, October 29:

Renaissance Asheville (base hotel)
The Renaissance Hotel block opened earlier this summer, and our block there is full. Email Liz (liz@nceda.org) to be added to the wait list, and she will contact you as rooms become available.

Cambria Asheville (15 Page Avenue – located 1/2 mile from the Renaissance / ~10 minute walk)
An overflow block was set up at the Cambria Hotel Downtown Asheville with a group rate of $149/night, but the deadline to make reservations has passed. The hotel is working with us and making extra reservations for our members as needed. If you would like a reservation at the Cambria, email Liz (liz@nceda.org), and she will help coordinate.
