SAFETY PROTOCOLS
Guilford County currently has a mask mandate in place for indoor spaces, so conference attendees will be required to wear face coverings inside unless actively eating or drinking. We are working with the hotel to host the Tuesday evening Welcoming Reception outdoors but that will obviously be weather dependent. NCEDA face masks will be available at the registration desk. While – at this time – we no longer have to be spaced 6-feet apart, the meeting rooms/gathering spaces will be set to allow for each attendee to have a comfortable amount of space during our networking and general sessions.
JUST AS WE DID AT OUR ANNUAL CONFERENCE IN JUNE, ALL REGISTRANTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO SIGN A LIABILTY WAIVER PRIOR TO CONFERENCE ATTENDANCE. This waiver will outline the risks associated with attending a large gathering and will outline the safety protocols listed above. The form will be emailed out to registrants and will need to be returned to NCEDA prior to the conference.
THANK YOU TO OUR SPONSORS!
