Children are welcome at the evening functions. We encourage you to bring your entire family! If you have a child aged 21 or over attending, they should be registered using the Spouse/Guest option.

EARLY BIRD PRICING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Registrations submitted by Friday, June 14 are eligible for the early bird registration rate, a $100 savings. NCEDA member and non-member rates increase $100 if submitted after Friday, June 14.
Refunds can be made (minus a $25 processing fee), if cancellations are received by Friday, June 14 at 5 pm. For cancellations, please call 888.246.2332 or email liz@nceda.org. No refunds will be granted after June 14.

The conference planning committee is developing a strong agenda that will feature the latest insight from respected leaders in government, business, and education. The agenda will be posted soon, and will feature segments focusing on NC's Megasite and Selectsite Initiatives, Innovative Marketing Trends, How Technology is Changing Site Selection, and more! Join us to learn more and build important relationships that bring real value to our lives and our work.
CONFERENCE DETAILS
All conference functions will be held at the Hotel Ballast with the exception of some of the optional activities. Optional activities have a separate registration fee and are detailed under 'Additional Items'. Tabletop exhibits are available, and you can reserve a table by selecting the Exhibitor option under 'Additional Items'.

LODGING DETAILS
NCEDA has three lodging options - a block at Hotel Ballast, which is our base hotel, and two overflow blocks at the Aloft and the Coastline Inn (both of these are within walking distance to Ballast). Note that the conference begins on Tuesday afternoon with the optional networking activities and ends on Thursday at 12:30 pm. The nights of Tuesday, June 25 and Wednesday, June 26 are the only nights you will need. We do have a handful of rooms available in all blocks for the night of Monday, June 24 for anyone who would like to arrive early. See block details below:
